Payments can be made via PayPal or bank transfer.

5. Are payments refundable?
No refunds will be provided for digital products or services already supplied.
However, you can ask for a refund if you decide to cancel your appointment 48 hours before the appointment.

In the case of offline services, you have to travel so that you can have your measurements taken and your personal colors analysed in person while in the case of online services, you will be asked to take your measurements yourself and send them together with some specific photos via email. You will receive all the necessary guidelines via email, Telegram or WhatsApp.
